The production process of SFC1608 inductors: We use mature and stable fully automated equipment to manufacture SFC1608 inductors, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality.

2. On-site management: The production workshop is kept clean and orderly. Equipment, materials, and products are neatly arranged, with clear area divisions and accurate status markings. At the same time, the employees work in an orderly manner, dress neatly, and have a good mental state.

3. Quality Control: Utilizing a visual recognition-based quality control system, which encompasses aspects such as fully automated quality inspection, visual identification of spot welding, and manual anomaly handling. Quality data should be statistically analyzed, defective products should be isolated and labeled, and the disposal should be prompt.

4. Correct application of standards: For each position, there are corresponding production, technical, and quality standard operation forms. They should be correctly utilized. The process technology and quality documents should be readily available on-site. The process should comply with the requirements of the document standards, and the records should be timely, accurate, and complete.

1. Safety facilities and signs: Check whether the safety facilities and signs are complete, such as passageways, stacking height, the number and opening status of safety doors, inspection records of fire-fighting equipment, emergency lights and safety exit lights, etc.

2. Working environment: The workplace should be well-lit, equipped with proper gas treatment facilities and good ventilation. There should be no unpleasant odors in the room, and it should meet safety and health standards.
